Innovations in Sustainable Water & Wastewater Treatment Systems an international conference was held in April 21-23, 2016, Pune, attracted many water professionals and organizations from across the world working towards sustainable water and wastewater treatment systems.

In the frame of the Indo-European project NaWaTech "Natural Water Systems and Treatment Technologies to cope with Water Shortages in Urbanised Areas in India", NaWaTech Partners, NEERI (National Environmental Engineering Research Institute, Nagpur) and ESF.

ITC in corporation with Ecosan Services Foundation are project partners in "Mission Sunehra Kal". Under the umbrella of the project a community development program and health & sanitation program has been planned for nine villages of Shirur Taluka of Pune District.
