Mr. Dayanand Panse has been awarded an honorary doctorate in social sciences by the Commonwealth Vocational Universities association, for his exceptional contribution in the sanitation sector which has benefitted tremendously towards the societal well-being.

Mr. Dayanand Panse received the 'Rural Marketing Award - 25 Most Talented Rural Marketing Professional' from World CSR Organization and CMO Asia. Mr. Panse has 29 years of experience in project management and execution of wastewater and sanitation projects at national and international level. He has worked extensively in the field of sustainable sanitation, city sanitation and local action plans.

Ecosan Services Foundation received the prestigious 'Outstanding NGO Award' at the 'World Water Award' meet in 2012 held in Bangalore.

Ecosan Services Foundation received an award for outstanding contribution in Environment Protection at the 'DSK Energy Awards' in 2011.

Ecosan Services Foundation conducted a 'Sustainable Sanitation Exchange Program' (SuSanEx) in 2011 with the students of Sharda Vidyalaya Pune. The exchange program aimed at students virtually connecting with students from outside the city and having a discussion on the ways to achieve sustainable sanitation.

Ecosan Services Foundation was assessed and validated by Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) in 2015. Charities Aid Foundation is a leading international not-for-profit organization, which works to make giving more effective and charities more successful. Currently CAF is working with ESF on School Sanitation Project.
