The WASH Synergetic Alliance is ESF's flagship initiative realized in response to the WHO-UNICEF's Game Plan to Reach Safely Managed Sanitation by 2030. The Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sector is unable to attract bright young minds due to its perceived unglamorous nature and the WASH SA specifically aims to address this challenge.The Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sector has long been seen as unglamorous, keeping many young talents away. WASH SA envisions changing this narrative by showcasing the purpose, innovation, and impact possible within the sector
